Responsibilities:

  1. Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, etc.,
  2. Responsible for Travel Management (Air / Road / Rail) and visa processing.
  3. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  4. Manage purchases, vendor relations, generate and maintain records.
  5. Hotel reservations for Employees, guests & foreign delegates.
  6. Upkeep and verification of stationery and inventory stock, petty cash, courier, pest control, housekeeping, etc.
  7. Manage keys, access and security matters
  8. OUC [ Office Upkeep and cleanliness]

  1. You should be smart and should be able to get things done.
  2. Ability to multitask
  3. Self-motivated, driven to deliver, proactive and flexible
  4. Good personality and unmatched level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment
  5. Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  6. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  7. Ability to manage work work-load and use initiative
  8. Excellent organizational and time management skills
