Demand Account Manager - Programmatic and Direct Sales

At AdPushup, we don’t serve our customers to make money. We make more money to serve our customers better. We are  looking for a highly driven and communicative individual with account management experience in the digital or mobile advertising industry, to occupy the Account Manager, Demand role. You will collaborate with Product, AdOps, Engineering teams to ensure an end to end process of communicating challenges or queries to Demand Partners. You will also be responsible for bringing in new demand partners and leveraging existing relationships to their fullest potential.

Purpose of the Role:

Nurture and Grow your Existing Portfolio : You’ll be responsible for managing ongoing business  relationships with existing programmatic demand partners to ensure that the full potential of each partnership is achieved.

Bring New Clients:– Identify and develop new partnerships with RTB­ enabled platforms, Programmatic deals.

Build Demand Side Partnerships :This role will develop premium demand partnerships and promote RTB ­based campaign activation across our Marketplace. Work responsibilities include prospecting, communicating the value of our inventory, and product features to relevant partners, quarterly business reviews, month end revenue consolidation, and securing new integrations while making sure integrations start and finish in a timely manner.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the POC for the demand marketplace.
  2. Responsible for leveraging existing supply side relationships/inventory to your demand relationships to enhance revenue potential and increase market share to grow revenue.
  3. Work to drive revenue by sourcing demand for high priority publishers.
  4. Work closely with the supply side AM and AdOps team to identify opportunities to leverage your demand side requirements and opportunities.
  5. Build relationships with new demand partners.
  6. Build the Direct Deals Business as a new revenue stream from Agencies and Trading Desks.
  7. Lead client facing calls and meetings with partners including coordination with internal teams.
  8. Work closely with with the finance team to verify month end demand partner panel revenues and resolve any discrepancies.
  9. Communicate the AdPushup value proposition to all our partners.
  10. Utilize existing business and network analysis tools and data to identify emerging business trends and to test business hypotheses.

Requirements:

  1. Have a good understanding of ad-tech ecosystem with granular understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and Supply-Side Platform (SSP), Demand-Side Platform (DSP), ad exchanges, networks business can be an advantage.
  2. Minimum of 3 years working in fast paced ad tech environment, preferably with RTB­ based programmatic advertising platforms on the demand side.
  3. Domain­ specific knowledge/experience in digital advertising, monetization, video and/or mobile video marketing.
  4. Knowledge of GAM and experience with Programmatic Deals.
  5. Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Self­ starter, hard­working, able to drive multiple projects to completion.
  8. Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-­technical people.
  9. Adaptable and a team player.
  10. Understand industry trends around Viewability, Fraud Prevention, Cross­ Device Advertising, Cookie Syncing, Geo Fencing, Universal IDs, etc.
  11. Knowledge and hands-on experience on platforms like PubMatic, Appnexus, Rubicon, Pulsepoint, Zedo, OpenX, etc will be considered as a plus point.
  12. Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing like Header bidding, PMP, RTB, Video, App and Native advertising operations will be considered as a plus point.
  13. Having existing contacts at Agencies and Trading Desks to leverage the newly created Direct Deals Business is a big plus.
