Event Specialist


AdPushup is looking for an experienced Event Specialist. Our ideal candidate would be someone with a growth mindset and comfortable in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and executing virtual marketing events end-to-end.
  2. Maintaining a healthy relationship with speakers and thought leaders.
  3. Work with leadership to develop strategic event marketing plans that achieve business goals and with the sales organization to gain buy-in for the approach. 
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to ensure a smooth execution as well as to gain product and audience insights.
  5. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to gain audience for the events by creating engaging digital campaigns to grab the eyeballs.
  6. Establish and report on campaign results, making recommendations on continuously building upon the program and communicating goals/results.
  7. Create promotional content for the events like emails and ad copies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 1 – 2 years of experience in managing virtual events.
  2. Excellent research and copywriting skills.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration with leadership and external stakeholders.
  4. Experience with various tools and technology within the marketing and publishing stack.
  5. Effective problem-solving with the ability to leverage customer insights to design demand campaigns.
