Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include:

HR Business Partnership (HRBP) – Sales:

  1. Talent acquisition:
    1. Working with the stakeholders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition plan and strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
    2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment processes.
    3. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for selection.
    4. Working with the stakeholders to act as a strategic HR partner to the Sales department, understanding business goals and aligning HR initiatives accordingly.
    5. Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development within the Sales team.
    6. Collaborate with Sales leadership to implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
    7. Collaborate with Sales leadership to resolve problems faster and pro-actively.
    8. Responsible for managing and updating employee data.
  2. Payroll Administration:
    1. Working with the Finance Manager to Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
    2. Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
    3. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting payroll practices.
  3. HR Policies and Compliance:
    1. Working with the stakeholders to Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
    2. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and identify areas for improvement.
