We are on pace to double our revenue, just like we did last year, and need a qualified Sales Recruiter to help us expand and maintain our talent pool for our growing manpower needs. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to be part of this growth journey.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include:

  1. Work with sales directors to determine annual hiring needs in APAC, EMEA and NA.
  2. Understanding company products and services towards creating an accurate salesperson profile.
  3. Designing the company’s sales hiring strategy.
  4. Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process.
  5. Writing job descriptions for the open positions.
  6. Preparing attractive and engaging job advertisements.
  7. Advertising sales jobs via suitable print and broadcast media channels, and online recruitment platforms.
  8. Conduct screening calls.
  9. Schedule interviews on behalf of sales hiring teams.
  10. Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.
  11. Maintain, manage and update employee databases with referrals.
  12. Implement best practices in sourcing and staffing activities.
  13. Sending decline or rejection letters to the necessary candidates.
  14. Drive engagement with applicants who have been rolled out an offer.

You Should Have:

  1. Proven recruiting experience preferably in the sales industry.
  2. Familiarity with Sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria.
  3. Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  4. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong productive relationships.
  6. Has the ability to conduct thorough and compliant character reference checks.
