Demand Generation Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned Demand Generation Manager to join our team and supercharge our sales pipeline with $15-25 million ARR in your crosshairs.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Includes:

  • Product Marketing Powerhouse:
    1. Partner closely with the product team to develop effective GTM strategies for in-house products.
    2. Create engaging product collateral like one-pagers, decks, and competitor factsheets.
    3. Be a voice for the customer within the product team, influencing future developments.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    1. Leverage marketing analytics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
    2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead qualification and smooth handoff, maximizing pipeline conversion.
    3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, constantly innovating and optimizing your approach.
  • Outbound Marketing Prowess:
    1. Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns on cold accounts across multiple channels, including a mix of one-to-few and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
    2. Craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with ideal customer profiles.
    3. Nurture leads through targeted email sequences using tools like Hubspot emails, Mailmodo, and Mailchimp.

You Should Have:

  1. 4-5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS company (Ad Tech experience will be a plus), with a proven track record of success in driving sales pipeline growth (ideally $10M+ ARR).
  2. Strong understanding of outbound marketing channels, including email marketing, performance marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  3. Experience in creating compelling marketing collateral and collaborating with product, sales, and design teams.
  4. A master of personalization, able to craft targeted messaging that cuts through the noise.
  5. Full working Proficiency in CRM platforms like Hubspot and email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Mailmodo, Streak, etc.
  6. A word master with a strong hold on copywriting and an eye for details.
  7. Bonus point if, hands-on with PPC.
  8. Believe in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  9. Passionate about technology and a keen understanding of the B2B buying journey.
  10. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  11. A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a hunger for results.
