As the President of Liftable Media, Patrick and his team ensure that the company drives a positive cultural change in the USA. Liftable Media Inc. was founded in 2014 to engage the under-served Heartland American audience and it now reaches over 40 million consumers every month. Their subsidiary brands include Conservative Tribune (top 100 sites in the US), Western Journalism and Liftable (Top 150 sites), and The Wildcard, a growing sports brand. Patrick is passionate about creating compelling content that reflects the traditional values and interests of Heartland America while meeting and exceeding the quality of mainstream media brands. Patrick graduated from Grove City College. He and his wife Katie live in Arizona with their three children.

Paul is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of all Yankee Publishing Inc. (YPI) digital initiatives. Yankee Publishing is an independent media company in New Hampshire, committed to creating outstanding products in print and digital media. Paul led the transition of YPI’s traditional media business to digital. He acted as the lead liaison within YPI brands to drive growth in digital revenue and profit. Keeping an eye on market trends and technological developments, he used new media and digital channels to expand and engage the YPI brand audiences. He is an alumnus of Marist College and Con-Val HS.

Paul holds around 17 years of experience in sales within the digital advertising ecosystem. He also holds expertise in business development for the sell-side. In his most recent stint, he worked as the Global Programmatic Strategy Lead at Unruly. Some of his other stints include working for PubMatic, Verizon, Reuters, The Telegraph, and others. He holds a track record in selling technical and SaaS-based solutions to publishers and advertising agencies. Paul was also a monthly contributor for The Drum from 2018-2020 where he regularly wrote about topics on Ad tech and Martech.

Being a Digital influencer, Puneet has delivered strong growth in revenue, profitability, market share, audience, and product engagement metrics across both large market-leading brands and new launches. In the past, at Times Internet, he grew the news business of Times of India (TOI) to significant profitability and 50%+ market share. He also took the Indian Language ‘news and content business’ to market leadership and launched and scaled the new businesses of GadgetsNow (gadgets review and comparison), NewsPoint (content aggregator with strong OEM and distribution partnerships) and eTimes (#1 Entertainment destination). Being an engineer from IIT Delhi, Puneet also holds an Executive MBA degree from IIM Calcutta.

Ralph Slate

Principal Data Architect at ISO New England

He has been a data expert for the past 19 years. He has designed multiple databases for applications involving bulk energy power markets at ISO New England. Throughout his career, in addition to mentoring a lot of budding data scientists, Ralph has worked with business experts to understand system requirements, and with application developers to design data flows between and within systems, with the aim to create efficient databases designed in a way to minimize the potential for logical data corruption. Additionally, he has also founded Hockeydb.com in the past. Ralph completed his MS in Operations Research & Statistics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from whereon he has also went on to serve as the Chairperson of the Springfield Historical Commission.

Richard has served different roles in the company including Head of Digital Production, Advertising Operations, and now contributes as a full-time Business Operations Director. From October 2015 to February 2020, he also served as the European Head of Advertising Operations at IDG.

Rick is constantly working with his team to develop different portals for the website, the most prominent being the Jungle Portal. It runs in 22 languages and is designed for all browsers. He is an alumnus of Windesheim University of Applied Sciences.

He is also responsible for establishing direct connections with all major SSPs and managing Header Bidding through the prebid setup. With his team, he manages all direct campaigns. Prior to TheDailyDot, Ryan worked with HYFN Local where he served as the Managing Director of Media Activation and Operations. Ryan Smith

Ryan is an experienced e-commerce director with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit sector. He leads a diverse team of customer service professionals and full-stack Microsoft-centric developers. Through customer engagement, best practice dissemination, and feature enhancements, the site-wide sales of OC Goodwill grew 500% from 2008 to 2013 under his leadership. Along with his team, he also launched a redesigned interface in August of 2017 helping shopgoodwill pass $500 million in sales since inception. Ryan is an alumnus of Orange Coast College. Some of his previous work experience includes working with DGWB, Firtsource International, and Mariners Bank.
